Difficulty Ordering?

  • The most common problem is that many people have DIFFERENT HOME/SHIPPING addresses from their BILLING address and either forget, or do not think it matters. IT DOES!!! For your protection, we use something called AVS (Address Verification Service) which verifies that the BILLING information you provide is the same as your credit card provider has on file. MANY PEOPLE forget that their billing address (the address that their credit card bill actually gets sent to) is different. If someone has moved in the last couple of years OR gets their mail forwarded to them, this is probably the culprit. AVS (Address Verification Service) will NOT allow the transaction to go through unless the Billing address AND zip code match. If you do not know what address your credit card company has on file, call them and ask (the phone number is most likely on the back of your credit card).

  • Please Note: If you make several attempts at placing an order with the improper Billing Address information, this could trigger your credit card company's fraud control. At the very least they will temporarily deduct the attempted transaction amount from your available credit, and possibly even turn your card off.

  • The SECOND most common problem is entering an inappropriate SHIPPING METHOD

International Ordering Difficulty


      Most problems with international ordering attempts stem from the customer not choosing the correct UPS SHIPPING METHOD. Make sure that either Worldwide Express or Worldwide Expedited are chosen (the difference is that worldwide express is quicker and more expensive)

      ALSO make sure the correct country is chosen, otherwise the zip code will be rejected.

    Error Codes

      If after filling in your correct information such as shipping and billing address if you receive an error code instead of a confirmation that the transaction was approved, check three things first: That your zip code is correct, that your shipping method is appropriate for your shipping address, and that you have chosen the appropriate country.

      The Error codes "only accepts five digit zip code" or "invalid shipping method" are usually generated because the customer lives OUTSIDE of the US and has chosen the incorrect shipping. Make sure to enter the correct country and appropriate shipping method

      "Invalid e-mail address"
      Usually a result of the customer giving a false or incomplete e-mail address: NOTE: e-mail address is important because the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of order, receipt, as well as the UPS tracking number. Without the correct e-mail address, the customer will not be able to track the package because customer will not receive the receipt with the invoice number.

    How will my credit card be charged? (what will it say on the statement?)

      The credit card statement will only say SkinChoice.com, LLC, if someone inquires what exactly was purchased, they will only say "cosmetics" or "nutritional supplement". It should in no way disclose the specific nature of the product

    Why was I charged multiple times?

      You probably were not. Did you make one or more FAILED attempts at processing an order? Every time you attempt to process an order, even if it fails, (because you put the wrong corresponding zip code or shipping method etc.), the credit card company "authorizes" your credit card for the full amount. This is not a charge, only a reduction of the available credit. Depending on your specific credit card, the authorization should disappear automatically within 3-30 days. If you have any specific questions regarding these authorizations and when they will disappear, please call your credit card company. Rest assured, you were only CHARGED for the transaction that was fully processed.

    What is the difference between Condysil Crème and Condysil Gel?

      Although both products are designed to be safe and effective, they are in fact very different:

      · Condysil Crème contains natural ingredients such as Colloidal Silver, Prunella Vulgaris, Tea Tree oil, Aloe Vera, and vitamin E to promote healthy skin and assist the body's immune system to naturally fight the infection of HPV, the virus that causes genital warts. These ingredients have been demonstrated to have powerful anti-viral, and antibacterial properties. In summary, Condysil Crème helps promote healthy skin growth and assist the body's immune system without destroying tissue.
      · In contrast, Condysil Gel contains salicylic acid, an FDA approved ingredient for over-the-counter wart removal products, although our product contains it at a percentage low enough to be safe for use on extremely sensitive skin. The GEL contains only a 5% salicylic acid solution. In higher dosages (17%) salicylic acid is an FDA approved wart removal ingredient, and has been shown clinically to be VERY EFFECTIVE against warts, HOWEVER these types of products are very destructive to the skin and are very dangerous to use in sensitive areas like the genitalia.

      Some people have better results with Condysil Crème while other people find Condysil Gel to work better for them. Neither product is "stronger", or "more effective", they are just two completely different products. Remember, there is no one product, presciption or otherwise that "cures" warts.       Condysil Gel contains a 5% solution of salicylic acid which does not act to damage the skin, but rather to assist in delivering the other key ingredients like Melaleuca and Prunella Vulgaris deep into the skin tissue, to help assist the body's own immune system to fight back.

Repeating this process and leaving the wart "soak" in the crème as long as possible seems to work better than "rubbing it in" until the skin is dry to the touch. Often people apply the crème to an area where walking, wearing clothes etc. can easily rub it off. The crème IS MOST EFFECTIVE when left on the area for long periods of time, so if it gets rubbed off, the wart won't absorb it and the product does not have a chance to work.

      If you forget to use the creme for a day or two, just begin the process again, but diligent application is the secret to success.

      The most important concept to remember is "surround and drown" literally soaking the wart in the creme for long periods at a time, several times a day.

      Using this method, results are usually seen in 24-48 hours. First the wart will change color, usually turning a lighter color than the surrounding skin. After several more days the wart will "soften up" and begin to break apart. The wart may appear to actually increase in size temporarily as it absorbs the creme, but as long as there is a difference in color and texture, the creme is working. Diligently applying this creme to the wart several times a day,every day, the wart will slowly disappear over several weeks.     Can I pay by money order and mail it to you?

      No, in order to keep prices low and maintain efficiency we only process orders electronically. Our processing server is extremely secure by today's standards and encrypted, and your information is safe. It would be extremely difficult for an unauthorized person to see any of your information. If we had to process orders manually we would have to raise our prices, and we want to keep the products affordable to everyone.     What is the proper procedure for using Herpasil?

    Herpasil can be used before, during, and after outbreaks of fever blisters or cold sores cause by the Herpies simplex virus (HSV). Ideally Herpasil should be applied to the affected area daily, even when blisters are NOT present. This will promote healthy skin and assist the body's immune system in warding off an outbreak altogether.

    If applied at first signs of an outbreak, users may experience shorter and less severe outbreaks.

    The preferred application method is applying a "dab" to your fore finger and applying in a "swirling" or circular pattern. Immediately the skin will feel better and users may experience significant changes in as little the first 24 hours.

    What is the proper procedure for using Acnesil?

    Acnesil may be applied to large or small areas of the skin as often as necessary. The preferred application method is applying a "dab" to your forefinger and applying it in a "swirling" or circular pattern. Rub the Acnesil into the skin until it is no longer "wet". Immediately, the skin will appear healthier and feel soft and moisturized. Because of the high concentration of tea tree oil, there may also be a "menthol" like cooling or tingling feeling immediately after application. This is normal.

    Result times will vary depending on the person and the severity of the acne, however the skin should begin to appear healthier immediately, and the acne becoming less severe or disappearing within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the severity.

    NOTE: This product contains a HIGH concentration of tea tree oil. If redness or irritation occur, cease use immediately. Some people may be sensitive to tea tree oil. We recommend that before applying to the face, one "tests" out the acnesil on the forearm, or other less conspicuous area.

    In a clinical study, tea tree oil was shown to be as or more effective than prescription or OTC acne products containing benzol peroxide.
