How do I use Breakout Patch Classic Xtra?

Clean and dry the blemish and surrounding area. Apply a Breakout Patch Classic Xtra directly on top of the blemish and leave it on until the patch turns opaque white, which usually takes about 6 hours. For best results, use overnight. If pus remains in the pimple after your patch is removed, simply replace it with a new patch.

What kind of pimple is Breakout Patch Classic Xtra designed for?

Breakout Patch Classic Xtra works best on pimples that have come to a head (in other words, you can see pus trapped in the pimple). If you tried the Breakout Patch and it didn’t change from transparent to opaque white, your pimple might not have been mature enough.

Is the Breakout Patch Classic Xtra safe to use alongside acne prescription medication?

Yes, Breakout Patch Classic Xtra is safe to use however we recommend you consult your doctor before using any prescription drugs with the Breakout Patch.

What's the maximum length of time I should wear a patch?

We advise you to wear the patch for 6+ hours or until the patch has absorbed the pus, whichever is first. If after 6+ hours and the patch has not absorbed anything then it means that either the pimple is not mature yet or the pus is deep in the pore. The patch can help coax the pus to the surface and then coax it out however, this will take 1 to 3 days depending on how deep the pus is. Some customers have seen that popping or pricking the pimple can help draw the fluid onto the patch faster.

I LOVE this product and the variety of sizes available to you. I have used many other pimple patches and none ever come with the variety of sizes that SkinChoice has. Thats probably my favourite aspect of it.

A saviour for spots! I’ve always been a picker and I know it’s the worst thing to do but also a whitehead is horrid to see! So these bad boys are a nighttime saviour! I cannot believe how incredible they are and how quickly they work.

Help to reduce brake outs

These are great for break outs as they cover a larger area than traditional spot patches.They do reduce the swelling and the redness of the spots and there is a noticeable difference when using these over night. Won’t remove the spots completely on the first go but using these along side a hood skin hygiene routine will refuse the brake out. They are a good quality and stay on the skin until removed. Really easy to use. Transparent in colour so we planned with any skin tone. Good quality

Good but few

I chose these breakout patches for my teenage son and he has applied them for 4 consecutive nights now. The patches are rectangular of 6cm in length, stickier than his regular pimple patches but comfortable to wear. The skin seems getting cleaner and the skin is less inflamed. The fact that these are longer than most patches makes them handy to cover larger areas on his forehead. Unfortunately he has only one left now, so for the price I was hoping that there were more than 10 patches. I don't discuss the quality, but the quantity.
